The twin room we stayed in was neat with excellent facilities. The location was magnificent, not too far away from John Lennon.

The bar is very small. The night porter seemed unhappy to be searving drinks at 11.30 on a Saturday night . Turning the lights down to a mininum did the trick we had one drink and headed off to bed.

This is not a quality hotel. If you want just sleep it is ok otherwise it is not worthwhile stay in there. Equipment very old, broken taps, very noisy lavatory, low quality breakfast. Not good to repeat. Thanks good actually we have not children or we are old. I would never pay again this money for a room there. Next time it is worthwhile to spend more money. I am sure you could get this services for much less money. There is not correspondence between the stars of the hotel and the quality. In another country this would not be acceptable.

The mercure had a great location, super close to transport options when our car rental fell through. The staff were lovely. The room was very clean and modern, which I really appreciated. It was perfect for us being in the city for the hyde park festival. Thanks for looking after us!
the standard twin room is on the small side.

The rooms were very small, like a single room was classified as a double. The internet was expensive and the prices high for what you get. Water pressure was terrible.
